Au pair stay

Beijing Big Love Asia Europe is a young but dynamic agency that is matching au pair and family, and guide both of them during the au pair's stay.

 

Your benefits

 

  • You are fed and housed by the family and will receive an allowance from 150 to 200€ per month.

  • Registration in a language school before your arrival, paid by the family.

  • Plan tickets, visa and health insurance will be reimbursed once the contract fulfilled.

  • We will assist you before your departure to get your visa and your health insurance.

  • We will help you to smoothly adapt to your Chinese life during your stay.

 

Your stay

 

You will be regarded as a family member during your stay. The family will feed and housed you and you will receive an allowance from 150 to 200€ per month.

 

As an au pair, you will have to take care of the family's children 30 hours per week, and you will also do some light housework.

 

You will have 1 to 2 days off per week, and your schedule will be arranged for you to have time to take your Chinese language class. You will have one week off for 6 working months and will receive your allowance as usual during these weeks off.

 

Living in a family with an other culture can require adaptation capacity. Don't forget that communication is the key for mutual comprehension. But it will be a rich experience for you and your host family. During your stay, you will discover China and its inhabitants, and you will improve your Chinese level.

 

Placement's conditions

 

For your information, these conditions can change regards to the host family's requirement.

 

  • Having rich experiences of looking after children ;

  • Being 18 to 29 years old ;

  • Having at least a bachelor's degree ;

  • Being able to provide at least two childcare references and one character reference (dated within the last 24 months) ;

  • Having a clear criminal record.
